Mind in Motion integrates sport psychology principles with somatic strategies to:
Cultivate focus, resilience, and clarity under pressure
Strengthen emotional regulation and recovery
Build awareness of how the body and mind influence one another
Apply practical techniques to daily life, sport, and work performance
This series blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatics to foster mental capacity and embodied presence. Each session combines psychoeducation and guided practices to leave you feeling more grounded and focused.
This is a donation-based offering, supporting both practitioner time and the Namasport Accessible Pathways Scholarship Fund, helping make mental health and holistic care more accessible within our community.
