Where do I go when I arrive?

Head over to the registration tent. Our staff will get you all set by checking you in, making sure your waiver is signed, and providing your entry wristband. Be sure to check in before the panel begins, and plan to arrive with plenty of time to spare!

What should I know about using the sauna or cold plunge?

Accepted Answer

Come dressed and ready as there are no changing areas on site. Bring your own towel if you plan to use the sauna or ice plunge.

Do I need to bring a mat for the yoga session?

Yes! Bring whatever you’d normally take to a yoga class—a mat, a full water bottle, and a towel. Please note that there is limited space for yoga and it will be on a first come, first serve basis so we recommend you arrive early!

Do I need to bring anything to do the HIIT workout?

This will be an AH-MAZING body weight only workout led by our amazing trainers at DBC Fitness. No equipment is needed, but we recommend you bring your own towel and full water bottle!

Will I need to sign any waivers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will need to sign a waiver before entering the event. This will be sent prior to the event. We highly recommend to sign prior to arrival for a quick check-in process.

What are my options for the workout?

Accepted Answer

Your choice of Yoga or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Please note that there is limited space for yoga and it will be on a first come, first serve basis so we recommend you arrive early!
