Mind-Body sessions led by Infinite Possibilities Integration
Come join us for a transformative experience at The Bunker Center for the Arts! Dive deep into your mind-body connection with Andrea Arlotti of Infinite Possibilities Integration. Andrea works to bring balance and harmony to her clients’ lives through calming the sensory and nervous systems — something vital in times of stress. Discover new ways to integrate your thoughts and physical sensations for overall well-being. This in-person event is an opportunity to explore mindfulness, movement, and meditation in a supportive environment. Don't miss out on this chance to nurture your mind-body connection! (no special clothing or mats required)
This event is in coordination with our current exhibition "How We Cope" from Ada Koch, Monika Teal and TJ Templeton, the show invites visitors not just to view the art, but to be a part of it. Through bold visuals and interactive elements, How We Cope transforms the idea of “coping” into something communal and even celebratory. Ticket price includes attendance for either of the two half-hour sessions (starting at 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.) as well as the artist talks that take place at 6:00 p.m.
