Overview

There is no shortage of information about stress. Most of us already know the lists of what might help. We have that knowledge locked in our heads, but it does not stop our bodies from reacting over and over with chronic stress patterns, experiencing tension in our bodies, overthinking, having difficulty making any decisions without feeling overwhelmed, and living with the sense that life is not what we envisioned and we are stuck in survival mode just trying to make it through each day.
Real change doesn't come from knowing more. It comes from lived experience.
Petra Brunnbauer, Mind-Body Expert, Founder of the Jōrni, and Creator of The Functional Freeze Formula, leads our transformational Mind-Body Integration Circles, where you step into a guided experience that goes beyond information and lets you work directly with the effects of chronic stress in your body and mind.
In each free 45-minute circle, Petra shares a practice that helps you recognize how chronic stress is showing up for you and introduces a way of responding that moves you out of survival mode and toward balance.
Explore somatic awareness, psychomotor movements, vagus nerve regulation, neuroenergetic approaches, and nervous system integration with us to work with chronic stress and reclaim your energy, resilience, and joy.
You will come away with the experience of your body responding in a different way than it usually does under stress. You may notice the constant presence of overwhelm is quieter, that brain fog starts to shift, or that the anxiety that keeps you awake at night finally lets go enough for you to rest. Even a small change like that can show you that your nervous system can respond differently and that a new reference point can begin to open up transformative change in your life.
