Overview
Kick off the year at CT Valley with a rotating mind-body fusion series - right in the tap room! Each month features a unique format rooted in Pilates, barre, and flow-based strength to support balanced, full-body training and a strong mind-body connection.
Janurary: Barre Pilates combines Pilates fundamentals and barre-inspired movement to focus on posture, balance, and deep core activation.
February: A reformer-style experience, Human Reformer Pilates is a resistance-based Pilates class to mimic spring tension to challenge stability, alignment, and core strength.
March: Move in rhythm in Strength Flow, a beat-driven Strength class blending functional exercises & mobility through purposeful movement.
April: Experience the Pilates principles, floor Barre, and functional strength in Mat Sculpt.
