You can join the Million Hearts Meditation by signing up online. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube, so you can easily access it from anywhere in the world. You will receive a link to the live stream once you sign up.

Do I need to have experience with meditation to participate?

No prior experience with meditation is required! The event will include a guided meditation, so whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you’ll be able to participate fully. You will also receive instruction and practices before the event.

What should I prepare for the meditation?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit and meditate without distractions for 60 minutes. All you need is an open heart and a device with a strong internet connection to join the livestream.

Can I host a local meditation group?

Absolutely! If you have a yoga studio, wellness center, or any community space, you can sign up to host a local meditation event. You’ll provide a place for people to gather and participate in the Million Hearts Meditation together. You can sign up to host here: https://www.bodha.life/host

How can I volunteer to help spread the word?

We need help reaching 30 million people to gather 1 million participants for the meditation. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can sign up here: https://www.bodha.life/volunteer  Volunteers will help spread the word online and in their communities.
