SESSION DESCRIPTION

Join WICT New England for our next in-person event that delves deeper into navigation through the workspace.

Keynote speaker Grace Killelea, from Grace Killelea Consulting will kick off the day focusing on the keys to leading, engaging and creating a workplace with diverse generations. With 35-years of experience in the corporate world, Grace will share how to focus on developing leaders and moving beyond barriers to achieve success.

Then Valerie Gordon, founder of Commander-in-She will build skills to take command of your story. During this active participation session, participants will work with those around them to find the answers to fun and insightful questions about communication styles, distractions from goals and many other hot topics. These skills will help  navigate through different generations in the workplace.

After lunch, the day will wrap up with a millennial-minded panel discussion on how to connect with the millennial generation through social media marketing. This panel will be moderated by ESPN’s Amanda Anderson who rejoins us from the February Webinar - Millennial Mind.
