Emmaus Run Inn and On Running are proud to host the Milk and Cookie Mile Fun Run! Get ready for a super fun and delicious run that's perfect for all ages! Here's how it works:

👟 Come to Emmaus Run Inn around 5:45pm, and grab a free pair of On running shoes to try out (if you like).

🍪🥛 6pm: Eat a cookie and drink a small cup of milk. Then run a 1/4 mile lap around the store.

🔁 Repeat this 3 more times until you finish 1 delicious mile.

🏅 On Running and Emmaus Run Inn will have prizes for randomly-selected participants.

🎅🏼 Santa hats are encouraged for all participants! Let's get in the holiday spirit.

Whether you're racing, running, or walking, the Milk and Cookie Mile Fun Run promises a great time for everyone. Don’t miss out on this sweet, tasty event!

GOOD TO KNOW:

• Cookies will be provided by Baked Bakery & Cafe in Emmaus.
• If you're a vegan, please email store manager Toni@EmmausRunInn.com and we'll have vegan options available for you at the event.
• Please wear reflective/lighted gear if you have it; it will be dark at race time.
