You can pay in person or mail cash or check to Stephen's Ministry, Inc. at 369 West Church St., Lexington, TN 38351.

How do I turn in my miles?

You will receive a mileage log sheet via email when you register or you may pick up the log sheet at the SMI office at 369 West Church St., Lexington, TN 38351. Miles must be turned in on the official sheet by November 7, 2025.
