A small ritual object in an artist-adapted milagrito tradition, using collage, metallic embossing, symbolic materials, and paint.

What should I bring? Printed images or small symbols connected to your intention or projection for the new year. (More details sent after registration.)

All materials, use of studio tools, and your choice of Mexican hot chocolate or manzanilla tea.

How many people can attend?

The session is limited to 10 participants to maintain a focused, intimate environment.

Create a ritual object that holds the intentions you’re tending for the new year — a small, artist-adapted “milagrito” of your own making. This 3-hour studio session invites slow, intentional work as we layer collage, metallic embossing in the milagrito lineage, symbolic materials, and paint.

Location:

REBECCA’S NORTHSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDIO — a cozy space with a wood-burning stove.

Led by:

REBECCA NAVA SOTO, XICANX-LATINX MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTIST.

Cost:

$75 per participant.
