"Mighty" at The Stone Space Gallery // Private view
Overview
“Mighty” is a solo exhibition by Bartosz Janczak at The Stone Space Gallery in London. The show presents a new body of sculptural work that transforms everyday urban details into abstract forms. Inspired by the pavements of Brixton, Janczak’s “Bricky Boy” reliefs reinterpret the spontaneous patterns created by asphalt repairs, turning traces of decay and repair into minimalist abstract compositions.
Another of his pieces is The “Lazy Duo” bench - a functional artwork inspired by Filipino ornamental suburban craftsmanship - extends his exploration of form and human interaction. He will also present his new series of smaller sculptures relased in exclusive limited editions. Mighty, Janczak invites viewers to find beauty in the overlooked - in every step, in every moment, without the filter of consciousness - blending design, architecture, and sculpture into a quiet meditation on modern urban landscape.
