Slow down midweek with a deeply soothing Yin Yoga practice. ✨
This gentle, meditative class uses long-held seated and reclined poses—supported by props—to target the deeper layers of connective tissue, release tension, improve mobility, and support a calm, regulated nervous system.
In Yin, each posture is held for several minutes, allowing your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your mind to quiet. This class is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, increased flexibility, grounding, or a mindful reset in the middle of the week. 💛
No yoga experience is required—Yin Yoga is accessible to all bodies and levels. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to slow down and reconnect.
We provide all props—mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps—and you're welcome to bring your own if it adds comfort.
