What do I need to bring?

We recommend to bring a refillable water bottle, as well as a light sweater or blanked if you tend to get cold. You may also want to bring a notebook/journal and pen or pencil, but it's not required.

I've never meditated before. Can I still come?

Absolutely! This system of meditation is perfect to help beginners learn techniques to quickly get on board the meditation train.

I've meditated on my own for years. Why would I come to this?

That's awesome! This session is a supported/guided meditation, which can help you go even deeper in your practice.

Why should I meditate?

An excellent question! There's actually A LOT of studies these days that show the benefits of meditation. Better sleep quality, better ability to focus in life, more energy/stamina, less anxiety, etc.
