The purpose and vision of the Liberty Leadership Council (LLC) is to foster meaningful relationships among young professionals who share the values of individual liberty, personal responsibility, & free enterprise and to engage these individuals in the mission of the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

The Texas Public Policy Foundation is a non-profit, non-partisan research institute. The mission is to promote and defend liberty, personal responsibility, & free enterprise in Texas and the nation by educating and affecting policymakers and the public policy debate with academically sound research.
