Word/Outlook - November 17 (1 Session)
Get tips, tricks, and keyboard shortcuts that will increase your efficiency with Word & Outlook 2016. Learn to use Quick Steps to automate repetitive action, assign categories to emails, display emails as conversations, schedule delivery of an email and other email options, manage incoming mail alerts, rely on natural phrases to create a calendar event, select data quickly and much more!
Excel Beginner - November 18 (1 Session)
This course will take you from the very beginning (opening a spreadsheet), to entering and working with data to finishing with how to save and share. It’s everything you need to know to get started with Excel - entering text and numbers, learning basic formatting and customizing, modifying worksheets, entering excel functions, and more.
Excel Intermediate - December 1 (1 Session)
Excel Intermediate will expand your Excel knowledge to new horizons. You are going to discover a whole range of skills and techniques that will become a standard component of your everyday use of Excel. In this course, you will learn how to print worksheets, use excel templates, work/integrate multiple worksheets, apply conditional formatting, create charts and much more.
Excel Advanced - December 15 (1 Session)
Learn the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel including sorting and filtering, creating subtotals, generating PivotTables to summarizing and analyzing your data. Discover how to create pivot table reports, show values as percentages, filter pivot table data and much more.
All sessions are taught using Microsoft Office 2016 products but applicable to older versions which may not have some of the newer features.

About your instructor:
Cathy Horwitz has over 30 years of experience in classroom and virtual training and has been an instructor of Microsoft Office since 1989. Cathy is proficient in all levels of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. Cathy holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
