Microdosing Hope in a World of Loss & Change: Navigating with Resilience

Feeling overwhelmed by the many changes that life throws at us? Join our in-person day retreat for women where we'll explore how tiny shifts in perspective can bring big doses of hope.

While change is always unique to each one of us, hope assists us to engage with and to continue to meet the needs that arise and re-arise in our lives over time. These needs are both the path and the fuel for the journey toward integrating change into one's life.

Hope:

  • Acknowledges that each of us name the change on our heart
  • Embraces and expresses the emotions associated with the change
  • Remembers the past
  • Works to develop a new self-identity into the present
  • Encourages us to move into the unknown future
  • Calls us to be open to the support of others - now and always

We will navigate ways to build resilience, increase your creative power, and bounce back stronger together. Whether you're seeking fresh inspiration or just need a supportive space, this is for you. Join us! Wrap your hands around a mug of warm beverage, get comfy, and let's face these complicated and uncertain times with a bit of courage and a lot of heart!
