About this event

Note: Wednesday March 5th call will be a webinar cohosted in partnership with Xochitl Ashe. Xochitl (pronounced “So-chil”) Kusikuy Ashe is an Afro-Quechua Aymara medicine woman, representing the fifth generation of her family’s healing lineage. For the past three decades, Xochitl has been sharing her wisdom as a respected teacher, guide, author, and community builder, offering retreats, workshops, mentorships, and ceremonies across the world. Blending ancestral wisdom with Western trauma-informed therapies, such as internal family systems, Xochitl bridges ancient healing traditions with modern wellness practices. Beyond education, she is a passionate preserver of Indigenous teachings, an expert in plant spirit communication, and a devoted advocate for honoring sacred mushrooms.

We can't wait to have you on this unique and inspiring webinar!

Microdosify Spaces provide a safe and supportive space & community for anyone who has been exploring microdosing and is looking to integrate lasting change into their lives. The circle is lead by Tobias, founder and CEO of Microdosify, and by Marina, Microdosify Head of Community, wellness and mindset coach, breathwork facilitator and integration guide for psychedelic assisted therapy. Microdosify Spaces will help you understand, navigate and integrate your plant medicine experiences so you can live a more fulfilled life.

Integration is a critical component in the journey to better mental health through plant medicine. It's also often overlooked, which is why we wanted to provide these community calls to support you in navigating your healing journey. You may learn that for you - microdosing brings up powerful emotions & sensations to the surface, or you may encounter unexpected challenges or questions. This is why we created Spaces - to support you in overcoming anything that stands in your way of living a truly happy & fulfilling life, and making the most of your microdosing experience.

Each weekly call provides an opportunity for you to share with the group as well as receive feedback. Whether you are looking for answers to specific questions, want to receive some advice from others who have gone through what you're going through, or if you'd like to simply share & be heard - there is space for you in our circle. If you prefer not to share, that is also ok! You are welcome to simply be present & listen in to the shares and expreinces of others.

These calls are not recorded to provide a safe & supportive space for everyone who would like to join.

Some questions we invite you to consider if you'd like to share during the call:

1. What called you to working with the medicine of microdosing?

2. What intentions have you been working with?

3. What changes or shifts have you started to observe?

4. Have there been any challenges you’ve encountered and how are you navigating them?

5. What integration practices have been helpful to you?

Our events take place via Zoom, and the number of spots is limited to provide a safe and intimate container. This means that you have a rare opportunity to join an exclusive community of like-minded individuals who are committed to personal growth and transformation. And best of all.. it's free!

So, what are you waiting for? Don't let this incredible opportunity pass you by. Let's work together to create a brighter, more hopeful future where anything is possible.

Here is what a past participant shared after attending Microdosify Spaces - “I just feel deeply grateful for the support of the group - it is uplifting every single time and I always learn something new. I look forward to hearing from everyone each week.

See you at Microdosify Spaces!
