What kind of business can be a vendor?

We welcome  all businesses and industries.  All vendor applications will be reviewed for final approval. Please see below for details of what to bring and not to bring.

As a vendor what CAN'T I bring?

DON'T BRING THE FOLLOWING: Don't bring tables , no large banners, flags, or other larger signage due to safety reasons. NO INDEPENDENT POWER STATIONS OR ANYTHING THAT CREATE SIGNIFCANT NOISE. Any further questions email: ANDY@MICROEXPOMYCITY.COM

As a vendor what CAN I bring?

As a vendor, please bring variations for the following: flyers, informational packets/brochures, business cards, wristbands, pens, pencils, notepads, small display stands, stress balls, small display electronics (laptops are ok). Question 4

Will there be time to check in early for vendors to setup and break down?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With the event starting at 3 pm, setup time for vendors will start at 2 pm. But how much time for setup is up to the vendor. Additionally, vendors will have 1 hour to breakdown their space and gather their effects. Anything left behind we be thrown away so please take all your things with you.

Can we bring more than fits in the 2 foot x 2  foot space?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no. The purpose of the small space is to allow as many vendors into the event as possible within the space given, which is limited.  It is highly recommended to have everything you need for your space to fit in a reusable shopping bag.  Think high value, small space.

What should attendees bring?

There will be a free resume review provided by AQUA LUXURY CONSULTING (AquaLuxuryConsulting@gmail.com) for individuals looking to explore viable business ideas. Please bring a paper copy and/or email it to above email with subject line: MICRO EXPO BUSINESS IDEA. Other than that, come to enjoy.

Is there a suggested attire?

Fundamentally, it is a business expo. You will have the opportunity to meet potential clients, customers, and future business contacts and connections. It is recommended to dress business casual for vendors. Casual wear for attendees.

Inside the Union Market area on the top floor of the Kaleidoscope. Look for the arrows.

Is the parking free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please park in appropriate space in the parking garage. There won't be any dedicated parking spaces for vendors at this time.

Will food be provided?

Accepted Answer

All food and beverages can be purchased from restaurants in the space. NO FREE FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED.
