Mix and mingle
This is the time to get acquainted with the other guest, eat a few snacks and have a little drinky drink! Don’t be shy!
Warm up time
This is the time to get that body warm with some lite dance moves and gentle stretching. Warm up always comes before getting active on the pole!
Pole time!
I’ll be teaching you a spicy yet beginner friendly choreographed piece to one of my favorite songs! The pole will be involved but nothing too crazy for the beginners.
