Join us virtually for a free educational and networking hour where we learn from each other, welcome guest speakers who showcase their expertise and services related to wellbeing, and build a community of support.

This July, we are excited to have guest speaker, Robyn Greenspan join us for a virtual discussion on "Dopamine Hacks for the Burnt-Out Brain."

If you’ve been feeling stuck, scattered or exhausted, it’s not a lack of discipline — it might be a lack of dopamine, your brain's motivation and reward chemical. Burnout symptoms are similar to ADHD but they’re actually signs your nervous system is overwhelmed. The good news is that activating your dopamine can help you reconnect with your energy, focus and drive.

In this engaging session, ADHD Coach Robyn Greenspan, MS, will share simple, science-backed strategies to recharge your brain's dopamine and reset your momentum. You’ll learn to hack traditional productivity tips to activate your own dopamine and what actually supports your neurobiology, especially when you’re overwhelmed or burned out.

Come for the insights, ask questions and leave with practical tools that work.

Robyn Greenspan, MS, ACC (pictured below) is a certified life, Motivational and ADHD Coach.
