No. This is just an introductory meeting, a chance for us to get to know you and you to get to know us. We'll get to the preapprovals once you're ready for a building contract.

Yes! We offer multi generational plans, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, ADUs and small houses. Everything an investor or savvy home owner would need to generate income from their housing investment.

I need something affordable, something I can afford on a low wage job, anything for me?

Yes! We have several models that are affordable, as well as several small house plans that are under $250,000. Additionally, we partner with Community Development partners to acquire below market rate land, and offer down payment assistance programs.
