Lux Row Distillery located in Bardstown, Kentucky is a wholly owned subsidiary of Luxco, Inc. which is headquartered at their huge bottling plant in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 1958 as the David Sherman Corporation, the company was purchased by a minority shareholder and renamed in 2006 to LuxCo after the new C.E.O. Paul A. Lux. The company produces and sells many different spirits and beverages nationwide and internationally. In 2013 Jim Beam sold the following brands to LuxCo; Bellows, Calvert Whiskey, Lord Calvert Canadian Whisky, Dark Eyes, Canada House, Tempo and Wolfschmidt for $65 million.
