MEZCAL 101 in November!

With two chances to learn, showcasing two different family run brands of Mezcal!

In each guided tasting, we will take you through the nuances of production, cultivation, the impact of different agave varieties, why ancestral techniques are so important, and a few suprises along the way!

Both classes will feature tastings of different agave varietals, how their differences show in a glass and on your palette, and we'll show you how we love to use mezcal!

Mezcal 101 on November 12th will focus around Madre Mezcal.

Mezcal 101 on November 19th will feature a brand new expression to the Michigan Market, Trascendente!
