Join us as we discuss Mexico's Transition to Democracy and the Rise of Morena

Come join us for our reading group.

We are reading three articles about the rise of multi-party democracy in Mexico. It is a fascinating journey, started by neoliberal groups like PAN, that led from decades of one party-rule to the rise of the social democratic Morena, one of the most popular ruling parties in the entire world, and one with an intriguing internal structure.

Breaking down the two-party system in the US requires understanding how other countries have democratized, including their successes and their failures.

We will send the articles to those who RSVP.
