Join Us! Open House for Metro's Future Housing Plans at Universal City/Studio City B Line Station
Metro has a plan for improving quality of life by creating more opportunities to live and work near transit. Metro is committed to growing its housing portfolio to 10,000 homes by 2031—at least 5,000 of which will be income - restricted housing. Metro has identified 20 sites—including Universal City/Studio City B Line Station —that will be made available for housing in the coming years.

This is a casual, drop-in event – come anytime that works for you! You'll have the opportunity to:
· Meet the project team and ask questions
· Share your thoughts and ideas about the future development
· Learn about Metro's housing plans for the Universal City/Studio City Station site
· Complete the survey on-site (and enter to win a $50 gift card!)
· Enjoy refreshments
Getting there: Metro encourages you to take transit to the meeting at Campo de Cahuenga. Parking will also be available at the Metro Universal City/Studio City Station park and ride lot at no cost during the open house.
Can't make it? Take a brief survey by December 22, 2025, for a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card. Share what services and improvements you'd like to see at the future housing site near the Universal City/Studio City B Line Station. Your input is important and will help shape our plans for housing and station activation.
