Overview
Out of the mind, Into the body
A 45-minute strength and conditioning class followed by 10 minutes of breathwork.
This session uses a mix of weights, machines and bodyweight exercises to build strength, speed, agility and endurance while boosting metabolism, burning calories, and improving cardiovascular health.
We finish with instructor-led breathwork to de-stress, relax and reset. Rooted in community and teamwork, this class is about pushing each other on, sharing energy, and leaving stronger, calmer and more connected.
