Parent Loss Support Circle

Parent Loss Support Circle

Welcome to our virtual Parent Loss Support Circle. Throughout our time together, we will co-create a safe space to share about our grief journeys and connect with others who are also holding the layered pain of having lost a parent(s).

"Recent" is relative - whether you lost your parent(s) a week ago or several decades ago, your presence is welcome in this group.

Join us for a 8-week virtual gathering where you are invited to express yourself, connect with other grievers, and deepen your healing.

We will meet on the following Thursdays from 6:30-8pm EST:

Jan. 22, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, Feb. 12, Feb. 19, Feb. 26, Mar. 5, & Mar. 12

In this group you will gain:

-Psychoeducation and deeper understanding of grief as well as the shapes it can take throughout your life.

-Community and a felt sense that you are not alone in this experience.

-Tools and techniques for managing and processing heavy emotions associated with the grieving process.

-The opportunity to share openly about your experiences and have space held for you.

-The opportunity to practice being a compassionate witness for other people's grief.
