Discover the art of mixology this December at La Perla. The Merry Mixology series pairs expert-led cocktail classes with light bites and the finest spirits from Patrón, Tito’s, and Horse Soldier Bourbon on December 4, 10, and 18 from 5:00–6:30 PM.


December 4th | Patrón
Hosted by Eduardo Cruz, West Texas Agave Master
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Cocktails:

  • Silver 75 – Patrón Silver, St. Germain, lime, simple syrup, sparkling wine, lime twist garnish
  • Mazatlán – Patrón Reposado, Citronge Orange Liqueur, dry & sweet vermouth, aromatic bitters, cherry garnish
  • Café Agave – Patrón Reposado & XO, chilled espresso, honey jalapeño syrup, spiced grapefruit bitters

Hors D'Oeuvres:

  • Flautas Ahogadas – potato filled, morita broth, queso fresco, chili dust
  • Sopes de Barbacoa – pickled onions, cilantro, queso fresco
  • Fried Camote – salsa macha aioli, chipotle powder, sunflower seeds


December 10th | Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Hosted by Matthew Gannaway, Tito’s Brand Development Manager – West Texas
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Cocktails:

  • Tito’s Mythical Martini – Vodka, dry vermouth, olive juice, kalamata olives & feta cheese garnish
  • Tito’s Merry Mule – Vodka, ginger beer, cranberry juice, lime juice, orange bitters, orange & cranberry garnish
  • Tito’s Espresso Martini – Vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, simple syrup, coffee bean garnish

Hors D'Oeuvres:

  • Charcuterie Cups – salami, olives, crackers, cheese
  • Caprese Skewers – mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, prosciutto
  • Ratatouille Tartlets – grilled bell peppers, onions, squash, babaganoush


December 18th | Horse Soldier Bourbon
Hosted by Luis Duran, Gallo Business Development Manager – West Texas
Time: 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Cocktails:

  • Pulaski County – Barrel Strength Bourbon, Licor 43, sweet vermouth, bitters, orange slice garnish
  • The Commander – Small Batch Bourbon, cacao liqueur, lemon, grenadine, chili & cacao powder garnish
  • Bourbon Basil Smash – Straight Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, seasonal fruit, basil garnish

Hors D'Oeuvres:

  • BBQ Brisket Sliders – fried onions, pickled jalapeños, morita bbq
  • Fried Chicken Drumettes – adobo-marinated, cilantro ranch
  • Elote Empanada – street corn-filled empanada with chipotle aioli



Reservations are required. Tickets are limited.
$50++ per person (tax and gratuity not included)
Guests must be 21+ years of age.
