Event Overview:

Good leaders recognize when it's time to seek new knowledge, skills or support. This workshop explores how turning to external resources can strengthen your nursing practice.

Patricia J. Devine, MLS, Director of Community Outreach and HEALWA at the University of Washington, will provide an overview of HEALWA, Washington state's digital access program that offers evidence-based clinical and educational resources to licensed health care providers. She will also highlight how the platform supports informed practice and promotes collaboration across the health care community.

Following the HEALWA presentation, a panel of experienced nurse mentors will reflect on the challenges they faced early in their careers, the paths they've taken and the resources they wish they had known about at the time.

A Q&A session will follow. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from others and discover additional resources that may benefit your practice.

**1-hour Certificate of Completion after event evaluation completed.
