Free Screenings + Results Review With a Counselor
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
This community event offers you the chance to complete a few brief mental-health screeners and meet with a therapist to discuss your results. This is not therapy — just a supportive space to reflect, ask questions, and better understand your mental health.
Whether you're feeling stressed, unsure how you're doing emotionally, or simply want a wellness snapshot, you're welcome here.
What You’ll Experience
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming team member and given a simple set of screeners designed to explore:
- Stress + burnout levels
- Mood and emotional patterns
- Anxiety or worry
- Sleep, energy, and daily functioning
- Overall wellbeing + resilience
Once completed, you’ll meet one-on-one with a therapist who will:
💬 Review your results with compassion and clarity
💬 Highlight strengths and areas of resilience
💬 Help reflect on anything you’ve been carrying
💬 Offer resources, support ideas, and next steps — if you want them
