Enhance your mental well-being with Dr. Pari Deshmukh (Dr. Desh) in a free, weekly online group on Zoom.

Dr. Desh, a triple board-certified psychiatrist (General Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine) and certified psychotherapist, integrates his extensive knowledge (education, experience, readings, and meditation) to combine science and spirituality. He offers practical tips for mental well-being, concluding with a brief meditation. Dr. Desh is also an elected Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and a certified heartfulness and mindfulness trainer.

The group aims to increase awareness of mental health, share wellness strategies, and empower you to live a peaceful, happy, and productive life.

Open to a global audience aged 15+, these sessions are educational only and do not establish a doctor-patient relationship or replace professional mental health treatment.
