Guided stretching, breathwork, and a closing reflection to cool the body and lock in your personal takeaways.

About this event

With years of experience as an athlete and fitness coach, I’ve learned that true transformation doesn’t just happen in the body—it starts in the mind. Through competition, injury, and growth, I discovered how powerful it is to train both mentally and physically. That’s what inspired me to create this hybrid class: to help others build muscle while also building the mental tools to push through life’s toughest reps.

This class brings together everything I’ve learned on and off the field—discipline, resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of community. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or just looking to challenge yourself in a new way, you’ll leave each session stronger, inside and out.
