Mental Health in Menopause
Overview
Mental Health in Menopause is a free, fully funded online course designed to support self-employed women and those in small businesses through the emotional and mental challenges of menopause.
During the 3 hours you’ll learn how menopause affects your mind and mood, discover practical tools to manage stress, anxiety and burnout and explore ways to redesign your routines and boundaries for greater balance.
The course also focuses on building confidence and resilience, helping you navigate this stage of life with clarity, calm and renewed self-belief.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This fully funded training is for:
- Self-employed women and freelancers
- Women working in micro or small businesses (under 50 employees)
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
If you are juggling work, clients, self-employment or business leadership without internal wellbeing support, this workshop is for you.
As Victoria Brookbank, Director of Minds That Work, explains:
“We’re passionate about ensuring women in business don’t have to face menopause-related mental health challenges alone. MenoMinds gives them tools, knowledge and a supportive community to help them thrive personally and professionally.”
And Haley White, Director of Menospace, adds:
“Menopause is still surrounded by silence and stigma, especially in the business world. Through MenoMinds, we’re changing that narrative and helping women feel confident, capable and connected particularly when working alone or in small businesses with little or no support.”
Over the next 12 months, we’ll deliver 40 workshops, reaching up to 800 women across the UK. Registration for funded places is now open.
