Men's Mental Wellness Meet-up

This group is meant to create a safe space for men of all ages to share, connect, and step into a more mindful masculinity to better their mental wellness. We will explore masculinity in its totality, the good and the less good, and how we show up in the world.

Masculinity is evolving and it can be challenging to find your place within that changing dynamic. This group will give participants a place to explore that, in the hopes that they are able to be better friends, sons, fathers, partners, brothers, and community members.

The meeting agenda’s will be subject to change, but initially will alternate between weeks of an open forum for sharing and weeks of a chosen theme/topic.
