We'll kick things off with introductions and intention setting near my home in Nahant. From there, we'll head out on a scenic 2-mile run toward East Point, where I’ll guide the group to a beautiful, quiet spot for an invigorating ocean plunge.

Afterward, we’ll walk back for a laid-back lunch at the house. Once we wrap up, feel free to stick around and enjoy the stunning beaches of Nahant—normally accessible only to residents.

This gathering is a space for men to explore and express healthy masculinity in the company of other men. Join us for what promises to be an epic and meaningful day.
