Men’s Gathering & Tea Ceremony

We begin seated on Vibral Acoustic Sound Cushions, where sound, vibration, and breathwork gently guide you into your body. Through conscious breath and resonant frequency, your nervous system softens, your mind quiets, and your awareness deepens. This isn’t just relaxation—it’s a return to yourself.

From this grounded state, we open our circle. Each man is invited to speak from the heart and be witnessed without judgment. There is no pressure to perform or fix—only the gift of presence.

Then we sit for tea—an ancient ceremony of stillness, reverence, and connection. Each cup becomes a meditation, a moment to tune into yourself, the earth, and the men beside you.

After tea, we open the floor for authentic dialogue. Some speak. Some listen. All are welcome.
A light, nourishing meal will be served before we embark on our journey outdoors.
We close the evening with a barefoot walk through the trees, ending in ceremony under the stars aboard Octa LUX—our sacred geometric temple space.
