Men's Circle Group - First of many gatherings

This place can feel rough sometimes. Let’s come together as men and support each other. Let’s have each other’s backs, be there for each other no matter what comes up.

When we turn to each other in this good way and feel this love and support we men can do whatever is needed. Our women and children will feel this support and strength, and our communities will grow stronger.

We will start with some breathwork and then introduce ourselves, why we are here, and what's going on in our lives. Mellow, easy, welcoming, safe to be ourselves.

We will meet in a home in Castro Valley or if it's dry around a fire in the yard, the address will be sent to you. Easy street parking.
