We’re delighted to invite you to our new Menopause Support Group, led by our Practice Nurse in collaboration with the Community Link Workers.

This friendly, welcoming group offers evidence-based advice, emotional and physical support, and some much-needed myth-busting around menopause. Whether you’re currently experiencing symptoms, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, you’ll find understanding, guidance, and practical next steps here.

📅Date: Tuesday 2nd December ( every first Tuesday of the month there after)
🕠 Time: 5:30 – 7:00 pm
📍 Venue: Wrekenton Communal Lounge (Adjacent to Wrekenton Medical Practice, Easington Avenue, NE9 7LH)
