This workshop, presented by Annette Gillanders and Vivienne David, will equip you - as workplace managers and supervisors - with the knowledge and confidence to support female employees through the menopausal transition.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

Is an understanding of menopause, the range of ways it affects women and the reasonable workplace adjustments that can support women and maintain valuable employees as they navigate significant physical and emotional changes in life.

You will Gain confidence and feel more skilled in having comfortable constructive workplace conversations that will support women’s productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. You will become more clear about your responsibilities and be more alert to the cultural stereotypes that have stigmatized this stage of life which is confronting and a natural stage of life.

ARE YOU IN THE CHANGE

Then this workshop will support you too, and how to openly and confidently speak about what you need in the workplace. Understand that you are not going crazy, though they did lock women up in the 18th century.

You will feel the compassion of those around you who understand…you're not alone
