Mending Hearts Women's Grief group
Overview
Mending Hearts Women's Grief Group
Grief touches every part of us—our identity, our relationships, our routines, our sense of safety. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether it came through death, divorce, a relationship shift, or a life transition you didn’t expect… you deserve a place to be seen and supported.
The Women’s Grief Support Group is a compassionate, therapist-led space where healing happens through community, reflection, grounding, and connection with others who truly understand.
This group is designed to help you:
🌿 Honor your story without judgment
🌿 Explore difficult emotions in a safe, supportive environment
🌿 Understand how grief shows up in the body and mind
🌿 Learn coping tools and grounding techniques
🌿 Rebuild a sense of identity and hope
🌿 Connect with other women navigating similar experiences
You don’t have to hold it all together.
You don’t have to be “strong.”
You just need a space where your grief can breathe—softly, openly, and without apology.
