PLEASE JOIN US IN PERSON at SLC: 2201 PARK TOWNE CIRCLE ON November 15th, 2025 on the THIRD Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 a.m.

Let’s gather and welcome each other at 9am and enjoy the Fellowship as we SHARE some informative material that provides some insight into the benefits of having a “routine” that can be helpful in times of unpredictability, uncertainty, and stress. Implementing a structure in our day may give a sense of control, improve focus, organization and productivity.

LET’S join TOGETHER for insight and refreshments as we once again gather IN PERSON and share this information on how a “routine” is about more than just our day-to-day responsibilities and our work. Making time for selfcare is important. (VERYWELLmind)

IN GRATITUDE,

NAMASTE

Peace and blessings,
