Memory Cafés offer a welcoming space for people living with dementia and their care partners to come together and enjoy meaningful, joyful programming in a supportive environment. RSVPs encouraged; walk-ins welcome.
Experience a Sound Bath with Brenda Houde of Attune’n Up. What is a Sound Bath? Think of it like a blanket of soothing sound. You sit or rest comfortably while gentle tones and vibrations wash over you, helping you feel calm, centered, and present.
