Session One: November 3rd 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
We will begin with a guided meditation walking you through the big and small events of your life and end with drafting a timeline of events that you may want to include in your memoir.
Session Two: November 10th 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
We will begin with an activity using the photos in our phones, have time for quiet, independent writing, with time left for reflection and sharing at the end (no pressure to share!!)
Session Three: November 17th 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
We will start with a sensory snapshot, focusing on the detail of our memoir drafts, followed by time for quiet, independent writing, with time left for reflection and sharing at the end (no pressure to share!!). You will leave with goals set to continue this work on your own!
