Say goodbye to summer and start setting powerfully embodied intentions for the harvest season ahead with the inaugural MELTed Amba Movement New Moon Circle at Davis' own beloved Thrive! women's fitness gym.

Ellen Katharine will be your facilitator for the evening. She has been teaching Amba Movement since 2018, and began teaching MELT in 2020. She loves combining these two revolutionary modalities, as they open up the fluid body and help women access their own bodies' natural intuitive healing wisdom like nothing else!

Join us for an evening of MELT, Amba Movement, MUSIC, sounding, and fantastic ethically sourced Costa Rican Cacao from Mother Cacao.

We'll set intentions with our WHOLE selves (body, mind, and spirit), wave goodbye to summer with joyful abandon, and SWEAT and DANCE and LAUGH and SHARE our way into fall.

We only have space for 21 women total, so please reserve your space soon. THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT!

Not familiar with either MELT or Amba? Here's some more information:

The MELT (myofascian energetic length technique) Method is a revolutionary self-care method that teaches you how to become your own Hands-Off Bodyworker (TM) by caring for your body's precious fascia, or connective tissue. MELT incorporates a "less is more" and "indirect before direct" approach that builds on four main tenets/the "four R's" of MELT:

-reconnect to your body

-rehydrate your connective tissue

-rebalance your autonomic nervous system, and

-release stuck stress from your body!

Amba Movement is an Embodied Feminine Movement class that is based in accessing the vital energy, fluidity, receptivity, and wisdom of the body. Through these embodiment practices, we are able to remember our true essence and access a source of primordial love and deep nourishment from within. The practice of Amba Movement is about deeply connecting to:

-your body

-your breath

-your heart

-your essence

-your power

-your joy

-your radiance

-your inner wisdom

-your center

. . . it’s about coming home to YOU.
