What to do after a sound bath?

Drink water for the next 24 hours to flush toxins.

What do you do if you hear a sound you do not like?

Focus on the breathe and know you are safe and supported.

Can pregnant people attend Sound Baths?

Sound baths are generally considered safe during pregnancies, but some may prefer to consult their doctor beforehand, just to be sure.
