¿Cuál es la política de devolución?

Accepted Answer

La solicitud de devolución  se deberá hacer por escrito, escribiendo a cenla@cervantes.es con sus datos personales, dentro de los 14 días naturales desde la fecha de compra. Una vez recibida la solicitud, se remitirá acuse de recibo y se efectuará la devolución por medio de cheque personal.

Si el taller que compré ocurre dentro de los siguiente 14 días, ¿tengo derecho a devolución?

Accepted Answer

Si el taller que has comprado ocurre dentro de los siguientes 14 días naturales, entonces las ventas son finales y no hay opción de devolución.

¿Qué ocurre si el taller cambia de fecha o no se celebra?

Accepted Answer

En caso de que el INSTITUTO CERVANTES realizara algún cambio de fecha inconveniente para el comprador, o tuviese que cancelar por motivos ajenos, el comprador podría elegir entre aceptar ese cambio, elegir otro taller u obtener el reembolso de su importe.

¿Las tasas de Eventbrite son reembolsables?

Accepted Answer

Las tasas de Eventbrite no son reembolsables, por lo que no se devolveran al comprador, a no ser que el evento se haya cancelado, o si el comprador esta pidiendo un reembolso por un cargo duplicado, dentro de los siguientes 7 días naturales a partir de la fecha de compra.

Todos los talleres se impartirán en el INSTITUTO CERVANTES DE LOS ANGELES: 3375 Barham Blvd, Los Ángeles, CA, 90068. Excepto el taller de COCINAR, que se celebrará en el restaurante TELEFERIC BARCELONA: 11930 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90049

¿Dónde puedo aparcar?

Aparcamiento gratuito en: Instituto Cervantes de Los Ángeles en 3375 Barham Blvd, Los Ángeles, CA 90068; En Blu. Digital Group Studios (situado en la misma acera que el Instituto Cervantes junto al semáforo): 3365 Barham Blvd. Los Ángeles CA 90068 y street parking.

What is the Refund Policy?

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cenla@cervantes.es within 14 days of the purchase date. Ensure to include all relevant personal information in your request. Upon receipt, we will confirm and process the refund via a personal check, sent to the provided address.

What if the workshop I bought is happening within 14 days, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If the workshop you wish to attend is scheduled to take place within the next 14 days, all sales are final, and refunds will not be available.

Question 9

What happens if the workshop changes dates or is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

In the event that INSTITUTO CERVANTES needs to reschedule or cancel a workshop, buyers will have the following options:
- Accept the new date or time.
- Choose an alternative workshop.
- Request a reimbursement.

Are Eventbrite's fees refundable?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is canceled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.

Where are these workshops happening?

Accepted Answer

Most of our workshops will take place at INSTITUTO CERVANTES OF LOS ANGELES, located at 3375 Barham Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90068. However, the COOKING workshop will be held at TELEFERIC BARCELONA restaurant, situated at 11930 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049.

Free parking at: Instituto Cervantes of Los Ángeles (3375 Barham Blvd, Los Ángeles, CA, 90068); Blu Digital Group Studios (located on the same sidewalk as The Instituto Cervantes, next to the traffic light - 3365 Barham Blvd, Los Ángeles CA, 90068) and street parking.
