The Meggett Shootout is more than just a fishing tournament – it’s an event with a purpose. Each year we come together not only to celebrate our love of the water, but also to support a local community member. Chris was more than a neighbor-he was a friend and/or family to many of us. Always ready to lend a hand, answer a call or offer support, he embodied the spirit of Meggett: loyal, generous and full of heart. Let’s show the Wilson family that they’re not alone. Let’s cast our lines and our love in support of Jill, Ellie, and Colt!
