About this event

You are invited to participate in a public meeting of the Public Interest Declassification Board on Wednesday October 29, 2025, from 3:30 to 5:00 pm at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center in Washington, DC. Join us for a discussion focused on ensuring public access to still-classified government records relating to the September 11th terrorist attacks.

A substantial body of these 9/11 records are fast approaching their 25-year mandatory declassification deadline. With this discussion the PIDB seeks to foster dialogue and collaboration in the pursuit of greater access to these important materials for the American people.

You may register to attend the PIDB Public Meeting either virtually or in person.
