Greg DeKalb is a Chicago entrepreneur, who has worked with thousands of businesses and brings more than 15 years of consultative digital marketing and sales experience to his clients. Prior to launching AppointmentsIQ, an On-Demand Sales Team, and Co-Founding Tony P's Networking Events - Greg's primary focus has been working with senior digital marketing professionals at brands and agencies, in the areas of Email Marketing, Social Marketing, Influencer Marketing, SEO and SEM. Greg also holds an MBA in Sales Leadership from DePaul University.
In his free time, Greg is a family man, a Board Member with A Boy And His Dream Foundation, and an international marathon runner.

Eric Platt (more commonly known as Eric Boss) is a former IT Recruiter and Chief Marketing Officer turned nightlife professional, podcaster, and mental health advocate.He curates the weekly hip hop experience Foxes Wild at Gold Coast Social, is an owner & General Manager of the new nightclub Hideaway, and co-hosts the “How’d You Get Here Podcast”.
His follower base was primarily gained from a VibeSociety podcast mental health clip, ABC7’s “Party with a Purpose" segment, and Modern MBA's YouTube documentary, “The Secret Business of Nightclubs."In nightlife, he was an independent host in Vegas and has held management roles and promoted for many of the top Chicago nightclubs over the last 15+ years. The last 4 years have been spent curating and hosting 7 different theme parties unlike any others the industry has seen.
During this time, he found that many people who work in and frequent the nightlife scene were unhappy, which began his journey with mental health advocacy. After 30 years of illicit drug and alcohol use, he has gone semi-sober (besides cannabis and psychedelics).
His passion is to inspire and serve others. Eric is now purely focused on achieving his goals and taking care of his mother since losing his father in June 2023.
