I n this class you will learn all about some of the Medium and Commercial Craft distilleries throughout the Midwest U. S. States. These are producers that distill between 100,000 and 1,800,000 proof gallons per year. We will feature a flight of bourbons and whiskeys from Ohio and Michigan. A flight from Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin comes next and a flight of bourbons and whiskeys from Missouri and Iowa conclude the class.
